West Test started providing Test and Tag services in 2018 on the West Coast. West Test is owned by Leslie Kemp. Les trained with Test and Tag New Zealand and was certified (in 2017) as competent to undertake Test and Tagging, across Australia and New Zealand. West Test is a limited liability company.
